Importance of an organized home

It is very important to have an organized house. Why? Because it has a lot of benefits- it is a great stress reliever, can give you peace of mind, you can find things easily, you can have more space for other things.

Before you start organizing your house, you should do these two things first: you should survey each room or area of your house, inspect everything which includes the decorative storage boxes, in this way you will be able to find out what needs to be done. You should write this in a notebook so that you won’t forget.  After you have done this, you should find out the root cause why you can’t keep that particular area or room organized, why it is always messy. You can now start organizing the house.

There is a saying that your house reflects who you are so just imagine if your house is messy and unorganized, what does it say about you? Having an organize house will make you a more responsible person. You will not only feel responsible in making your house clean and organized with the use of things such as decorative storage boxes but also improve your surroundings.

There are about 4.5 per 1000 persons in the United Kingdom and 5.4 per 1000 persons in the United States who are affected by reflux. It occurs when the valve that separates the esophagus from the stomach malfunctions.  Acid reflux can happen to everyone and anyone even infants.
There are different causes of reflux: eating acidic foods such as citrus, pineapple, garlic, tomatoes, beans, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and etc. (search the internet for the lists of acidic foods);  carbonated drinks, alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea; sleeping after eating a large meal; eating before bed time; smoking; wearing tight fitting shirts or blouses; obesity or being over weight. In some cases, acid reflux can be cause by a serious medical condition called Gastroesophageal disease, also known as GERD.

These causes can be prevented through; life style modification- lessen or avoid the in take of foods that are rich in acid, stop smoking, and stop drinking; medications- consult your doctor for the right prescriptions; in worst cases, surgery is an option.

Acid reflux is a medical condition that can be treated if diagnosed early.  When you experience acid reflux symptoms, consult your doctor immediately. Do not wait for the condition to worsen.

Security Guard License Fees

Though both armed and unarmed officers undergo security guard training, the training for the unarmed security guard is less demanding than that of the armed officer. Both guards must receive training in crisis prevention, contracting law enforcement, report writing as well as handling evidence and first aid. There are times when an employer requires their security officers to have police training or a degree in criminal justice. If you don’t have this, then you can look for schools that feature security guard training to have this requirement.

If you don’t have a license, there are two ways in which you can acquire them. This is thru online application and the normal processing of the license.

The security guard license fee may start at $50 but it also varies in every state, for example:

·         Colorado               – Application Fee $60 with $30 investigation fee every year
·         Connecticut          – Application Fee $50 with fingerprint fee $19.25
·         Delaware               – Application Fee $69 with Registration fee $20
·         Florida                   – Application Fee $45 with Fingerprint $42
·         Hawaii                   – Application Fee $60

Also, keep in mind that in mind that each state requires an 8 hour course to train and examinations to pass. Passing your fingerprints to the Department of Justice and FBI also requires certain fees so make sure you have checked the amount of fees you are paying that your state requires. For online application, an amount of $1 may be added as part of the convenience fee.
